Topographical Map Production
Topographical maps are produced from stereo satellite images by using photogrammetric methods. Two satellite images of the same region are used with approximately 60% laterally overlapping. Regional topographic information is obtained as a result of indexation of precise georeferencing of these two satellite images.
Despite the changes of sensitivity according to the used satellite images, 1:5000 scale topographic data production is possible from satellite images.
